The Big Canoe Community Theater and Performing Arts Club is thrilled to offer a three-part Movement Series, offered once a month for the first quarter of 2023, led by holistic therapist Janna Diamond. This will be an exceptional opportunity for participants to have guidance on movement and body awareness. Janna states, “We’ll have fun by loosening up our muscles and joints, releasing tension and stress and learning how to become more expressive through our whole bodies. Increase your self-awareness and expand your movement toolbox. All bodies and ability levels are welcome!”
Start date for Movement Class is Jan. 25 at 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Classes are on the fourth Wednesday of January, February, and March. Cost is $20 per person and includes all three classes. Anyone interested should email firstname.lastname@example.org to sign up.
