Easter Bunny is hip-hopping our way

By Alice Eachus

The Easter Bunny will be hip-hopping on the path to Big Canoe, maybe not in person, but certainly in spirit.
Easter is a time for celebration and the clubhouse will make it easy for you to enjoy a feast without heating up the kitchen or lifting a finger. Dining in the clubhouse may be a possibility and menus are now being gathered.
One thing for certain, a very special takeout menu will be enjoyed on Easter Sunday, April 4. Menu offerings will include lamb, ham, asparagus, wild-caught white fish, grilled veggies and an array of pastel desserts to bring sunny smiles. Count on more delights to be posted on the holiday menu board as the celebration draws close.
Why not enjoy a family picnic in the great outdoors where social distancing is easy? There are plenty of picnic tables in Big Canoe, enough for a whole family and still be safely seated. Make it a special time for those you love, even when masked like a bunny bandit.
Always remember: Kids (of all ages), follow the big white rabbit; he has the chocolate!
