Take your Valentine to the Clubhouse on Saturday, Feb. 12

The Clubhouse on Lake Sconti is serving up a decadent, three-course Valentine’s meal on Saturday, Feb. 12 – and there are only a few slots left

The evening kicks off at 6 p.m. with a champagne reception before a 7 p.m. seating. The full meal includes:

Champagne Reception

Goat cheese fritters with whipped herbed goat cheese, blueberry jam, fried parsley

and

Lobster bisque shooters with butter-poached lobster and sherry gastrique

First Course

Baby beet and arugula salad with crushed pistachios, pomegranate gastrique, smoked blue cheese

Second Course

Surf and Turf with a filet and tiger shrimp, manchego cream corn, sauteed okra and local peas, Bing cherry jus

Third Course

Monterosa – a mascarpone and ricotta cheesecake with strawberries, drizzled with warm chocolate sauce
