While the Wildcat Playfield won’t be overflowing with colorful cushions of mums, bales of yellow hay, a beer truck the size of Hamburg, and rows of smiling vendors with treasures to offer, all jumping to the sounds of an oompah pah band, Big Canoers can still enjoy the tastes of Oktoberfest.
The Clubhouse will celebrate this annual rite of autumn on October 16 and 17 with a hearty German menu and drink specials. The place will be decorated to the nines to add to the fun as folks either dine-in or order take-out on these days.
The Oktoberfest menu will be announced soon. Clubhouse reservations are definitely required for this Bavarian celebration. Make yours by calling (706) 268-1253. Dig out your lederhosen, guys, and ladies start swirling your skirts. Let the fun begin!
