Arts and Crafts Crawl strolls to a new location

Information submitted by Andrea Fulton

No GPS needed! The Big Canoe Arts and Crafts Crawl is making it easier for folks to enjoy the work of our community artisans. The date set for their feast for the senses is Saturday, April 17 from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm.

The Crawl was set to travel driveway to driveway where dozens of talented folks would set up shop to showcase and sell their wares. But the management of North Gate Station kindly offered the south side of their parking lot for vendors settled in colorful stalls to welcome the community to enjoy touches of whimsy, fine art, plants galore and pottery turned by nimble fingers. There’s a whole lot more to enjoy too.

Not only that, but Sourwood restaurant is offering a delightful and delicious picnic style menu from 12 noon until 2 pm.

What more could we ask for? Well, maybe a smile from Mother Nature to fill sunny blue skies.
