On December 4, the POA mailed ballot packages to property owners to cast their votes for or against the proposed Capital Contribution Fee. Ballots were sent to all property owners current on their POA account as of November 30.
If you will not have access to the address on your POA account by December 15, contact Tim Moran at (706) 268-3375 or tmoran@bigcanoepoa.org to request an emailed ballot package.
All ballots must be received by Wednesday, December 30. Duplicate ballots will be void.
Completed written ballots may be submitted via US mail to:
