The Clubhouse couldn’t let Cinco de Mayo roll by without a touch of fanfare. The usual Black
Bear Pub menu will be available along with Mexican specialties of the day.

Clubhouse doors will fling open at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 5 with the last seating of the day
at 8 p.m.

Here’s what will make your mouth hop like a Mexican jumping bean:

Chicken Quesadilla filled with Monterey Jack, roasted Poblano peppers, grilled onions
and served with pico de gallo and cilantro lime sauce, rice and black beans. Make it
veggie with Portobello mushrooms. Gluten friendly wrap is available. $14.

De-constructed nachos with chile beef, black beans, queso dip, shredded jack and
cheddar, pico de gallo and avocado smash. $13.50.

Soup of the Day: Chef-made Chicken Tortilla Soup, $3.50 cup; $6.50 bowl.

Modelo Especial beer will be offered for $3.50 and Raspberry Margaritas for $5.

Let’s taco ‘bout Cinco de Mayo – be there with your maracas shakin’!
