The Strategic Planning Committee, the POA Board and T4 Associates will host an online presentation on the results of the recent Strategic Planning Survey at 5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 23 via the Big Canoe POA YouTube media channel.
Designed to give Property Owners another opportunity to weigh in on Big Canoe’s future, the presentation will include the survey findings presented by representatives of T4, the Chicago-based consulting company specializing in surveys and data analysis that capture the true voice of a community. T4 will present the survey results in person to 30 or so members of the Strategic Planning focus group, which is made up of a cross-section of the community. The focus group with pose follow-up questions and share any concerns based on the findings presented.
The recently completed Strategic Planning Survey posed assorted questions to Property Owners with the goal of gauging the sentiment of residents on various subject areas – all to ultimately set the strategic objectives for Big Canoe as a community. This collected information will ultimately provide context for decision-making in driving short-term goals and annual operating/business plans – essentially a roadmap for where we are going as a community, complete with guide rails to ensure we stay on course.
The live presentation will also give Property Owners watching via the YouTube livestream the opportunity to follow the presentation and remotely pose their own questions via the channel’s chat function.
