Wolfscratch Performing Arts to Stage Comedic One-Acts in the Clubhouse on June 2

The Wolfscratch Performing Arts is mounting a production of “Make Yourself Uncomfortable,” a trio of comedic one-act plays that highlight simple, everyday encounters that go wildly unexpected.

Co-written by Hank Kimmel, Barbara Kimmel and Steve Pryor, “Uncomfortable” will be staged Thursday, June 1 and Friday, June 2. Tickets are complimentary, but because the first two shows “sold out,” an additional performance has been added at 5 p.m. June 2 has been added.

Lois Koepke, resident and past executive director of Atlanta Theatre-To-Go, is the director.

The cast includes Gail Cox, Jim Dewberry, Melanie Espey, Ginny Evans, Anne Hallum, Alan Lewis, Marsha Lewis and Trish McCarthy. Other credits include Elizabeth Mordaunt Thompson is the assistant director, Robin Holland is the stage/properties manager, and Dan Gallagher is the assistant stage/properties manager.

“The performing arts talent we have in Big Canoe is just emerging and working with the cast and crew has been very rewarding,” Koepke said. “This is just the beginning.”

For complimentary tickets please go to www.WolfscratchPA.com and reserve your seat.  Space is limited so get your tickets early!
