Although the Big Canoe 50th anniversary bash scheduled for New Year’s Eve has been postponed to early 2022, that doesn’t mean your year-end revelry has to be put on hold. The Clubhouse is welcoming everyone to place an order for a special four-course curbside dining experience available to pick up 5-8:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 31. Choose your first course of either butternut squash soup or quinoa salad; an entrée of grouper or filet; and a dessert of ganache cheesecake or key lime pie – and receive a complimentary bottle of champagne.
Orders must be submitted no later than 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 30 to email@example.com.

For those who had reservations for the postponed 50th-anniversary bash on New Year’s Eve, all reservations will be canceled and no accounts will be charged. The rescheduled 50th-anniversary kickoff will feature the same celebratory surprises and specially designed collectible memorabilia as originally planned. When a future date is announced, the entire community may sign up for reservations at that time. Also worth noting: 50th-anniversary commemorative goodies will become available for purchase in the Clubhouse’s Pro Shop/Trading Post in early January. We’ll have an update for you in the coming days.
