Spring has once again returned to Big Canoe and with it the Easter holiday – a time of reflection, family, and childhood fun. For as long as there has been a Big Canoe, Easter has been bringing color, candy and guys in bunny suits to our community. To commemorate 50 years of our Easter activities, here are photos from past celebrations.
Possibly the earliest Big Canoe Easter photo available from the ’70s.And they’re off!Easter by the Beach Club in the 1970s.Big Canoe has always had a friend in the Easter Bunny. As true back then as it is today, it’s hard to have an Egg Hunt without a little chaos.
From all us at the POA office, have a Happy Easter!
